Terms & Conditions

We want to ensure your experience with us is memorable, as our teams strive to deliver exceptional service alongside excellent food. We expect our guests to treat our staff with respect and common courtesy, so they can complete their work without fear. We will not tolerate harassment or sexual harassment of our staff in any form and will act on any allegation appropriately.

Please be advised that tables are allocated on arrival and specific table requests cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure children of all ages are included in your final party size.  We don't accept drinks-only bookings. For all tables, dining time is 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The dining room is small, with benches and  chairs with backs. One high chairs and baby changing table are is available. We are kindly asking to leave prams outside as we have limited space inside. The space can be loud, slightly chaotic, and dark. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome.

A £5 deposit is required for all reservations, regardless of group size.. This fee will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your visit. The restaurant has a 48-hour cancellation policy. If your reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, the restaurant reserves the right not to refund your deposit. The restaurant will hold your table for 10 minutes. If you are running late by more than 10 minutes, please inform us by phone. If the restaurant does not receive information about your delay, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
